Returns & Refunds Timeline
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@saxmall.com within 7 days of receiving your product. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
Restock Fee
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns of new mouthpieces and new saxophones, including CE Winds mouthpieces and saxophones, unless otherwise specified. This fee helps cover the cost of processing and restocking returned items.
Eligibility for Return
- New Mouthpieces & Saxophones: Must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in unused, like-new condition with all original packaging and accessories. Returns will be subject to the 25% restocking fee.
- Used Mouthpieces & Saxophones: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on used mouthpieces or saxophones. All sales of used items are sold as is, as described, and are final.
- Condition of Return: Returned items must be in original, resaleable condition. Any item that is damaged or shows signs of use beyond testing may not be eligible for a return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used mouthpieces and saxophones
- Clearance items or products marked as non-returnable
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note, the 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping Fees
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different model or size, please contact our customer service team to discuss availability and return procedures. An exchange will be treated as a return and may be subject to the same restocking fee.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.
